the service was great. they checked if my room was ready before check-in time. the personnel was helpful and the check-in and check-out process was super simple and fast with assistance. it is near a tram, the belgian quarter and nice brunch places.

The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud. it made it hard to sleep since it was hot so i had to have it on. the duvet was too thick. I felt sweaty and uncomfortable. the shower head in the bathroom was horrible (i really disliked it).

The room was very clean. Air conditioning work great in July. I spend time sitting outside with a drink because restaurant food taste really good. Parking was easily accessible and simple.
